Some days leave a permanent mark on students. For the students and families at CMR Gandhi Public School, 24th November 2024 was one of those days. The Inter-School Chess Tournament turned a quiet Sunday into a celebration of skills at one of the best schools in Sarjapur Road Bangalore.  The Inter-School Chess Tournament was organised by Chessence with support from Tattva Academy and the Castling Chess Club. Paramount Chess sponsored this inter-school event. The chess tournament at the CMR Gandhi Public School wasn’t just about winning. It was about establishing connections—students connecting with each other and everyone with the beauty of chess. For some students, it was a new experience. The tournament was a chance to test their skills for participants. It was the joy of shared moments for everyone watching. Here is how the chess tournament inspired students to scale new heights.
