Job Summary:
CMR Gandhi Public School is looking for a proactive and friendly Admissions Officer to join our
team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the school’s admissions process, executing
effective offline marketing strategies, and building relationships with nearby preschools, schools, and
residential communities. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about education, has strong
interpersonal and communication skills, and can work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
● Admissions Management:
- Handle all admission inquiries and guide prospective parents through the admissions process
- Follow up with potential leads and ensure timely communication to achieve admission targets.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and admissions.
● Marketing and Outreach:
- Develop and execute offline marketing strategies to promote the school’s offerings
- Visit nearby schools, preschools, and residential complexes to establish partnerships and organise collaborative events.
- Represent the school at local community events to increase visibility and generate interest.
● Communication and Coordination:
- Provide regular updates and reports on admissions and outreach activities.
- Work closely with the school management team to align marketing and admissions efforts with the school’s overall strategy.
- Contribute creative ideas for promotional activities and campaigns
Qualifications:
● Education:
- MBA or Degree in Marketing is most preferred; any relevant degree is also acceptable
● Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and build rapport with diverse groups.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic marketing tools.
● Experience:
- Prior experience in the education industry is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles.
● Other Requirements:
- Female candidates are preferred.
- Candidates residing within a 10 km radius of the school are preferred.
- Ability to provide strategic offline marketing suggestions and initiatives.
Salary:
- Fixed Salary: Competitive base salary based on experience and qualifications.
- Variable Component: Performance-based incentives linked to meeting admissions targets and achieving marketing objectives

commensurate with industry standards.
